Promotional Job Site Signs and Advertisements Restrictions and Clarification




Riverside Home Designs is promoting its services using certain Job Site Advertisements and Signs. These signs, advertising Free House Plans with purchase of certain lots owned by individuals is a special offer as an incentive to help sell the listed lots. Riverside Home Designs will at no charge to the prospective buyer, provide a working set of plans after the closing and transfer of property title to the new owners.

For the prospective purchaser to see the pre selected plans that have been chosen for that particular lot, Riverside Home Designs will at no charge supply a digital copy in the form of an Adobe Acrobat Reader file also known as a PDF format file to the prospective buyers.

The only costs to the new property owner will be the actual production costs to produce finished working drawings of the project if they so choose.

It is important to note: NO NEW DESIGN WORK IS BEING OFFERED OR IS INCLUDED IN THIS OFFER AT NO CHARGE.
